Seccl’s Head of Customer, Dan Marsh, catches up with James Priday, CEO of P1 Investment Management – whose P1 Plat-form was recently shortlisted for ‘Platform of the Year’ at the prestigious Money Marketing Awards (and has been voted number 1 by advisers for customer service three quarters run-ning in the lang cat’s 2021 adviser ratings).
He’ll be asking what led P1 to set up a platform in the first place (and what tips they’d give to other firms thinking of doing the same); why they’ve chosen to embed technology so firmly within their business (even building out an engineering team of their own); and what’s on the horizon for the market.
