This week, we’re welcoming Kristina Harris, our new growth director.
From Chicago to London, and with experience across fintech, payments and cybersecurity, here’s a little more about Kristina and what she’s excited to be working on at Seccl.
Where are you from, and where are you based now?
I’m originally from Chicago, and I’m now based in London.
What does your career journey to Seccl look like?
I’ve worked at a few high-growth scaleups, mainly across fintech, payments, and cybersecurity. A lot of that experience has involved helping complex organisations implement innovative solutions, so Seccl felt like a very natural fit.
It brings together a lot of the things I enjoy most – solving big strategic problems and helping exciting companies scale.
What attracted you to Seccl?
I think the scale of the opportunity is really exciting. Wealthtech is changing so quickly, which makes the timing feel especially fun.
We have the opportunity to help more people access investing, which is incredibly exciting.
What have your first few weeks here been like?
Busy! But everyone has been incredibly welcoming and generous with their time.
It already feels like a place where people care deeply, which makes it a very exciting environment to jump into.
What are you most excited about working on at Seccl?
There’s a lot of momentum behind wealth and the role technology plays in that conversation.
A lot of firms are now thinking differently about how they serve customers, so being part of those conversations – and helping bring those propositions to life – is a big part of the appeal.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I really enjoy scuba diving. I’d love to do a dive in Iceland someday soon.

I can wiggle my ears! They are quite small, but mighty.
