How can you help?

We’ve seen massive demand from our customers for access to new tools, new products and new services from us and our partners. As the marketplace onboarding lead it will be your responsibility to identify new partner opportunities, evaluate the business case for us and build commercial relationships with these parties.

What will you be doing?

On a day-to-day level, you’ll…

  • Own the identification of new commercial partners for the business
  • Build relationships with product providers to allow their services to be available to our customers
  • Refine our partner onboarding process to make it quicker and easier to get partners live
  • Own the full lifecycle of the onboarding process including legals, regulatory obligations, technical requirements and commercial agreements
  • Maintain the ongoing relationship with partners

  • Able to grasp complex concepts quickly and explain them simply to others
  • Excited about working in a rapidly growing fintech with a steep learning curve
  • Passionate about the role of technology
  • A people person with strong communication skills. You’ll be able to easily build rapport, and adapt your style depending on the situation
  • Highly organised and able to keep multiple plates spinning
  • Proactive, resilient and comfortable with ambiguity. You’ll like working at pace and thinking on your feet
  • Empathetic, kind and with bags of innate integrity. You’ll do the right thing, even when no-one’s watching
